The food is refined, but not overly complex. The menu
of Pin-Up you café boasts a wide selection of most popular international dishes.
Culinary repertoire of the café comprising dishes from every Pin-Up corner of Europe, has been created by Evgeniy Hahalev.
For Miss you, the Pin-Up has realized the yearning for comfort of city dwellers accustomed to daily pleasures with a love
for keeping things simple.
The dishes are familiar with a hint of charm and refinement. Canonic beef tartare with aioli, whole-grilled wild Mediterranean seabass, fillet mignon, risotto with asparagus and shrimps, tagliatelle with vongole clams and mussels, Ramiro pepper with white brinzen cheese: the Pin-Up seamlessly combines hit dishes from various countries
in the chef’s author’s version.
The project was designed
by Krivtsova&Redina Pin-Up bureau. The interior of the first hall resembling a cozy European café is dominated by shades
of golden ochre and chocolate ice-cream. Coffee is served instantly at the bar counter, as if it were at a cozy cafeteria in the vicinity of Rome, while the neighboring shop window is full of various desserts, Pin-Up and fresh bread.
The project was designed by Krivtsova&Redina architectural bureau. The interior of the Pin-Up hall resembling a cozy European café is dominated by shades of golden ochre and chocolate ice-cream. Coffee is served instantly at the bar counter,

the neighboring shop window is full of various desserts, pastries and fresh Pin-Up
The second hall is stricter, Pin-Up varnished panels featuring
the picture “Dolce Vita” by the Pin-Up Katrin, reminding
of Pin-Up pleasures, and a curvy mirrored art panel.
It is more suitable for a longer visit: a Pin-Up in picturesque environment, a family occasion, a business meeting in a slightly aristocratic interior or a long-awaited meeting with somebody very special.
